I love this vehicle. My 2022 Ford Explorer XLT far exceeds my expectations. Handling is great. Performance is far better than expected. Gas mileage is 26mpg combined average for the 16,500 miles I have on the vehicle so far. The interior fit and finish could be better and the original tires...not holding up very well. The vehicle is comfortable and always a pleasure to drive. I always get compliments on the exterior style. In my opinion, it's one of the better looking SUV's on the road. The rear biased drive train give it superior handling, better than anything I test drove. Chevy, Subaru, or the Kia.

I am a big fan of Raceway Ford. As a ford buyer and owner I use the services of Raceway for all of my needs. My daughter wanted an SUV and had been researching the Ford Edge. She had looked at some Ford Edge vehicles at various Ford dealers for familiarity. I suggested that we go to Raceway since they are my usual Ford dealer. She found a vehicle she really liked at Raceway and the negotiations began. Our sales person was John Wachenheimer. John was honest and an excellent person to deal with. Typically I do not like car sales people, but John was not the typical sales guy who is there to push a person into a deal no matter what. John was knowledgeable about the vehicle we looked at and allowed us the time so that I could assist my daughter with making an important and expensive decision and did not pressure us. 3 recalls required, 2 requiring parts. Confirmed parts onsite and scheduled service. Service writer wasn't available on arrival and another associate took responsibility immediately. Courtesy shuttled home, was called when service was done and shuttle picked me up, all taken care of in less than 1 day. All personnel were friendly, courteous and responsive to my concerns. Very good experience regarding all aspects of service. I recommend MK Smith.

This is a Ford dealership and not a Lincoln one persae. But the level of service they offer to the Lincoln owners are over and beyond any Lincoln dealership we have been for the decade. The service, the skill set of its technicians and the degree of care they offer to the Lincoln owners are truly a unique and memorable experience. We dropped our car for a typical oil change. However after due diligence, there was a recall and few other items that should have been noted and taken care of by the Lincoln dealership that we used to visit for years. None were noticed or taken care of. Here, as a courtesy, that service Lincoln, but we felt a huge difference in the car runing before and after the service here. HUGE! Chad, the GM is the most pleasant and service oriented individual you will meet here.
