Apple play used to connect but no longer does. Didn’t notice passenger door wasn’t installed properly until I took a road trip and the noise!!! Drivers side arm rest squeaks as though it’s about to come apart. Very noisy engine over 40 mph.

Quiet, comfortable and powerful car. I have the twin turbo that puts out 400 hp. General gas mileage is 19-20 city and 24-25 highway. The only thing that I would change on this vehicle is that I would like to be able to turn off some of the automatic operations on a semi-permanent basis.

This is the first explorer that I have owned in nearly 30 years. I am coming from a ram 1500. I am surprised how comfortable this explorer is I’m really enjoying the gas mileage between 21 to 23 in town. I have not taken a trip on the highway yet.

The car I was interested was sold to someone else within just a few days of inquiring about it so I didn't end up buying a car but I can say that it was a very pleasant experience and the sales person was very friendly and helpful. Mike Chamberlin was not only a good salesperson and provided exceptional service, but offered services that are not usually the concern of the salesperson. Mike responded to our email with information about a vehicle that we had seen online, but it turned out not to have all the features that we wanted. Mike asked for our criteria then went about searching for this vehicle. He succeeded after finding the vehicle in another state about 8 1/2 hours/600 miles away. He made arrangements and got the vehicle to Dorrance Ford in Galesburg, MI. Galesburg is about 3 hours/160 miles round trip for us to drive to Dorrance Ford. Mike gave us home delivery after he also offered to get the duplicate title that we needed for our trade-in vehicle. We had our new vehicle and Mike drove our trade-in vehicle back to Dorrance Ford. These services were really appreciated, especially since we are all dealing with Covid-19. What a pleasant experience Mike provided. We'd highly recommend that you check with Mike Chamberlin if you are looking for a Ford product.
