Quiet, comfortable and powerful car. I have the twin turbo that puts out 400 hp. General gas mileage is 19-20 city and 24-25 highway. The only thing that I would change on this vehicle is that I would like to be able to turn off some of the automatic operations on a semi-permanent basis.

This is the first explorer that I have owned in nearly 30 years. I am coming from a ram 1500. I am surprised how comfortable this explorer is I’m really enjoying the gas mileage between 21 to 23 in town. I have not taken a trip on the highway yet.

I couldn’t be happier with my Ford Edge SEL and the service provided by Rickie Gieger was above any service I had anywhere else. I enjoyed his entertaining personality and humor throughout the car search experience. Within a few hours, I was driving off the lot. You cant beat their extended warranty deals. If your within 100 miles of their business and break down, tow truck is free, repairs are free within the warranty, and if you need a rental, thats included as well.

I was cautious about making a big purchase relying only on pictures and online/telephone communications as the dealer location is 500+ miles from my location. The entire team at Sam Leman was very easy to work with remotely and Frank (my primary contact) was always available at every step of the process. The transaction was completed online and the vehicle shipped to my home. I was delighted when I saw it for the first time as it came off the truck. By the time we arrived, all that was left was a quick test drive and a bit of paperwork—start to finish, we were in and out of the dealership in around 30 minutes! A couple of days after taking the vehicle home, a mechanical issue popped up. Onie was immediately responsive and had a loaner vehicle arranged and delivered to us the very next day. The service department didn’t miss a beat either—they had the necessary repairs completed quickly and efficiently, making sure we had our Wagoneer back just in time for a planned family vacation. I did not end up purchasing a car with this dealership however I did not because of the honesty of the dealership. The dealer fully disclosed prior damage the vehicle had and the repairs. It was my decision to not purchase because of the damage.
