Have only had vehicle for 3 weeks but really like it. I’ve had F150’s for the past 12 years and thought I’d miss my truck, but I’m really enjoying this explorer. It’s more comfortable and fun to drive and the gas mileage is better.

I would recommend Golf Mill Ford to anyone!!! If you're looking to buy a car, this is the place to go!! I was helped by Mike Godlewski and Tall Damian in search for a reliable and affordable vehicle. I was pleasantly surprised with the available inventory they had. We looked at and test drove some cars, BUT the last one they brought out, I thought for sure was going to be out of my budget and thought they were trying to sell me something "more expensive" - wrong. THIS HAS BEEN MY DREAM CAR for most of my life!!! Test drove it, Mike told me all about the engine, accessories, vehicle background and all of the bells and whistles. He is VERY knowledgeable, personable, attentive and trustworthy. When we were going over financing and prices, I was surprised with what my monthly payment would be (within my budget) for my DREAM CAR! We made a deal and I rang the bell (which was the perfect touch to my high emotions). Through the whole experience, I felt comfortable, understood, and important. The whole process was much easier than I have had in the past. Tall Damian helped us understand any questions we had and was also very personable, transparent and attentive. Signing the paperwork was seamless and fast. Grzegorz Jarzabek worked with me and ended the process efficiently. This entire experience was unlike any past car-buying experience I've ever had. Exceptional, Outstanding, Smooth, Enjoyable and First-class. I can keep going, but I think you get the picture. Exceeded all my expectations, and I drove home IN MY DREAM CAR!!!! Quiet, comfortable and powerful car. I have the twin turbo that puts out 400 hp. General gas mileage is 19-20 city and 24-25 highway. The only thing that I would change on this vehicle is that I would like to be able to turn off some of the automatic operations on a semi-permanent basis.

I was in the area , and decided to go and see if the new Kia service was open yet and it was so i pulled into the lane and JEFF STEVENS came out and welcomed me. To my surprise they were able to work on my car right now, Jeff fielded my many questions like a pro. My car was done in under 2 hours great job by all of the KIA SERVICE TEAM of experts. Thank you

This is the first explorer that I have owned in nearly 30 years. I am coming from a ram 1500. I am surprised how comfortable this explorer is I’m really enjoying the gas mileage between 21 to 23 in town. I have not taken a trip on the highway yet.

The service met what i needed. I was able to ensure that the price of the repairs that were needed were affordable and correct. I just wish some of the future repairs that are needed are more affordable and could be more explained by the customer service representative like the previous rep that I had at the previous visit. Overall, the facility was very clean and i was able to meet with one of the car/service representative. I was able to meet with a car dealer who was very friendly and ensure that I had his contact information, in the event I plan or may want to purchase a new vehicle in the near future, which i plan too.

Very accommodating to out-of-town buyers, except pay-in-full is required to hold a vehicle. Need more flexibility on this, like allowing sizable deposit with time limits

I was looking for a specific car that was at this CarMax. Problem was that I live in Minnesota, not Chicago and would have to traveling a great distance for a car I had not seen other than in pics, potentially risking wasting a great deal of time and money. I had to trust Jonathan, my salesman, to tell me the condition of the car where the pics could not. He was completely honest and the car was exactly what he said it was. Between Jonathan and Adam, the sales manager i was able to close the deal and drive back to home within an hour. I am completely pleased with the car and 100% satisfied with the dealership.
