Used 2023 Ford Explorer for sale near Clawson, MI

My recent experience with the Service team at Taylor Ford was outstanding! The level of communication, service and attention to detail I personally have not seen in my many years working with other dealer service departments. MY 2018 Ford Explorer was well taken care of and I appreciate the team. Specifically Kim, Todd, Charlene and Kelly. Thank you for everything.

Quiet, comfortable and powerful car. I have the twin turbo that puts out 400 hp. General gas mileage is 19-20 city and 24-25 highway. The only thing that I would change on this vehicle is that I would like to be able to turn off some of the automatic operations on a semi-permanent basis.

My recall service appointment on 9/7/23 was reschedule by Jason Jackson. The reason was the tech going to be out for my original appointment which was 9/8/23. Jason Jackson service consultant at Suburban took care of me very well, I also ask him can we do the works package for an oil change with tire rotation. He said sure we can fit that in with your recall. Jason customer service is always on point and over the top.

This is the first explorer that I have owned in nearly 30 years. I am coming from a ram 1500. I am surprised how comfortable this explorer is I’m really enjoying the gas mileage between 21 to 23 in town. I have not taken a trip on the highway yet.

Everyone was inviting and helpful. Charlie Green assisted me throughout the process and was extremely knowledgeable and made everything easy!

Went for oil change for my 2019 ram 1500. As usual went flawlessly and quickly. The lounge is comfortable and covid compliant. My XT5 was due for return and I received a call From Henry Flakes Jr. I told him what I was looking for in a new vehicle and he found a XT6 with all the options I wanted, I went over the following day and we made the deal happen. Many thanks to Martin Scheill, our service advisor. Martin and the staff at Hines Park went out of their way to help us get our Ford Escape repaired on short notice. Repairs were made in a timely manner to allow us to make our 1,200 mile drive home without interruption. I would highly recommend the Hines Park Service Department in Milford, Mi.

I worked with Omar and he did a great job during the entire process from picking me up at the airport to going over the technical issues with the AMG SL that I purchased. The paperwork was done in a matter of minutes as he had everything organized. He spent as much time as necessary getting me out the door for my enjoyable ride home to Memphis.
