Have only had vehicle for 3 weeks but really like it. I’ve had F150’s for the past 12 years and thought I’d miss my truck, but I’m really enjoying this explorer. It’s more comfortable and fun to drive and the gas mileage is better.

Quiet, comfortable and powerful car. I have the twin turbo that puts out 400 hp. General gas mileage is 19-20 city and 24-25 highway. The only thing that I would change on this vehicle is that I would like to be able to turn off some of the automatic operations on a semi-permanent basis.

They were attentive to our desires. Price point was a little above our budget. Hoping for same type of vehicle maybe a year older to fit budget. Good and prompt experience.

This is the first explorer that I have owned in nearly 30 years. I am coming from a ram 1500. I am surprised how comfortable this explorer is I’m really enjoying the gas mileage between 21 to 23 in town. I have not taken a trip on the highway yet.

Alex was very friendly and knowledgeable in the service department at Ted Russell on Kingston Pike in Knoxville. The man in another department across the service way was also friendly and loaned me a new explorer with 1600 miles on it for a few days. Usually they come to my house for oil and lub service which is a phenomenal convenience that no other dealer I?ve used but this was mechanical problem.

Great sales experience all around. Robert coordinated a dealer trade to get us the vehicle we wanted. And Olivia our sales consultant and Daniel the finance manager took awesome care of us. My sales associate was Chris Shultz and he was amazing. He worked hard to make sure I got all Ford discounts that existed and was super helpful with the benefits of the Bronco we were interested in. There was even a problem with Fire Ants in different areas of the car, which was not discovered until we headed home after the trade. Chris and other employees of Dandridge Ford wasted no time in finding and de-anting our Bronco. Would definitely return to this dealership for future business.

I was in a horrible car accident that totaled my car. I wasn?t ready or prepared to look for and purchase a new car.
