Have only had vehicle for 3 weeks but really like it. I’ve had F150’s for the past 12 years and thought I’d miss my truck, but I’m really enjoying this explorer. It’s more comfortable and fun to drive and the gas mileage is better.

We really appreciated how dedicated the staff at Huntley Ford were. We spoke on the phone and visited to check out a few vehicles with Daniel. He was very patient and wonderful to work with. Although we didn't purchase a car during our visit, we would recommend that anyone visits the dealer for a great experience.

Quiet, comfortable and powerful car. I have the twin turbo that puts out 400 hp. General gas mileage is 19-20 city and 24-25 highway. The only thing that I would change on this vehicle is that I would like to be able to turn off some of the automatic operations on a semi-permanent basis.

This is the first explorer that I have owned in nearly 30 years. I am coming from a ram 1500. I am surprised how comfortable this explorer is I’m really enjoying the gas mileage between 21 to 23 in town. I have not taken a trip on the highway yet.

Frank was very helpful in diagnosing the problem and also scheduling the service appointment, ordering parts and everything was covered under warranty with the Minimum deductible.

My service advisor, Michael, did a great job of communicating the progress of my service appointment. Not all the necessary parts were in stock after the diagnosis, but he kept me apprised of the status of their arrival and made sure I had a loaner when they came in. The technicians did a great job and returned my vehicle in great condition.

Everyone was very helpful and the technology used for every step of the process was impressive. I would highly recommend. The new store is amazing!

I was looking for a specific car that was at this CarMax. Problem was that I live in Minnesota, not Chicago and would have to traveling a great distance for a car I had not seen other than in pics, potentially risking wasting a great deal of time and money. I had to trust Jonathan, my salesman, to tell me the condition of the car where the pics could not. He was completely honest and the car was exactly what he said it was. Between Jonathan and Adam, the sales manager i was able to close the deal and drive back to home within an hour. I am completely pleased with the car and 100% satisfied with the dealership. I bought a 2023 Hyundai Santa Cruz SEL Premium from Mike and I am very please with the truck and the incredible service he displayed. I live in Fairfield Illinois which is about 5 1/2 hours from Highland Park and treaded having my wife try to navigate through Chicago traffic. Mike offered to drive the truck 55 miles south so we could avoid the traffic. That gesture made the deal happen. I trade every 65 miles and I will be back. Thank you.

I was willing to pay Carmax’ $199 to ship a Subaru Ascent to Memphis. When I tried to send in that payment it got rejected. No amount of effort on my part was able to get it to go. So I gave up.

Experience overall was very good, salesman wasn't pushy and worked very hard to negotiate a deal I was happy with. However, the dealer should update their website more frequently, as both of the cars I was interested in were sold.
