Quiet, comfortable and powerful car. I have the twin turbo that puts out 400 hp. General gas mileage is 19-20 city and 24-25 highway. The only thing that I would change on this vehicle is that I would like to be able to turn off some of the automatic operations on a semi-permanent basis.

This is the first explorer that I have owned in nearly 30 years. I am coming from a ram 1500. I am surprised how comfortable this explorer is I’m really enjoying the gas mileage between 21 to 23 in town. I have not taken a trip on the highway yet.

Car is in excellent condition, service was fantastic. Only caveat was a $2k reconditioning fee, but this brought the total price to the same value in KBB, so we went for it.

I was reviewing dealerships service histories to help a friend, and came upon Lakeland Hyundai and Genesis. I had previously responded to numerous Genesis surveys but never responded to cars.com or other auto website reviewers which caused me to decide to do one for Lakeland Hyundai/Genesis. I have purchased three "Genesis" from now Lakeland Genesis. The first in 2009 was a Genesis under the Hyundai brand. That was eventually traded for a 2015 Hyundai Genesis, which was eventually traded for a 2023 Genesis G80 from their new dealership location. Each newer vehicle was improved from the previous vehicle with newer technology and safety equipment. All were trouble free, very comfortable, well performing, economical vehicles. All the maintenance for all 3 vehicles over 14 years were performed by Lakeland Hyundai/Genesis. The service staff were always pleasant, and the service was performed as expected generally on a timely basis. Although there were a couple of recalls during that period, I had no mechanical problems with any of the 3 vehicles. I did however purchase the extended service plan with each vehicle for the regular maintenance. I did have a question with the recently purchased vehicle service interval of 8000 miles, but they assure me that with the newest synthetic lubricants that has become the standard oil change interval.

She and her team worked very hard, and succeeded in getting me the exact deal I needed for the purchase. The entire staff was attentive, accommodating, and caring. I have been taking my Telluride to the lifetime service contracted with them at the time of purchase for 4 years and I am satisfied with such excellent service, which only takes me almost an hour of very pleasant waiting in their room with all the refreshments available for the customer. The last time I went they gave me some additives that my car needed for free, which I am grateful for. I recommend this dealer 100 percent

Called 4 different dealers, they all pull the bait and switch. Not honoring the price they list on line, not honoring the incentives offered by Ford and they use on their site to bait you in. Walker was great, Brian gave me the price and honored the Ford incentives!
