I was shopping for a new Expedition and visited several dealers online, they all had a $5k markup on the sticker prices except Villa Ford, they were offering a $2,500 discount. Andrew Romano followed up on my online inquiry and he was excellent to work with. We made an appointment, and he had the truck I was interested in ready to go, I knew what I wanted and leased the car that evening. Andrew was friendly, professional, polite, and knew the vehicle and the process very well! I highly recommend working with Andrew, he’s great and you won’t be disappointed. About 2 weeks after the sale, and issue came up regarding the finance department, I received no response from finance, so I called Andrew and he had it resolved in a day. Thank you again!

I have been taking my CR-V to Kendall Honda since I moved to the area 2 years ago. Every visit has been great and left me feeling like I was their only client of the day. They have always been clear and honest about the costs. When a piece of their machinery ate one of my tires, Kendall Honda made it good by replacing 2 tires. Jaylynn is an amazing Service Consultant. Jaylynn took the time to give me a quote for several items that needed to be done as my vehicle approached 105k miles. Jaylynn was helpful in getting me scheduled for the immediate needs and also helped me understand the upcoming needs for my vehicle. Because Jaylynn took the time to give me the estimates, I was able to check with another garage and found that Kendall Honda was very competitive in price. I owned a 2015 Lexus Nx200t and wasn't really thinking about buying a car yet but stopped by as I saw some newer Lexus Nx on their lot. I went in and spoke to Trish. She was extremely friendly and knowledgeable about the car I was looking at. I left there pleasantly surprised at not being pressured into purchasing this vehicle. Trish along with Lauren worked with me on a great price for a trade in and worked out the numbers and financing that I felt comfortable with. They did all the work, even cleaning out my old car and obtaining new tires for my new Lexus because I might need them fairly soon! Who does that? They were amazing to work with, did the registration, helped me set up my phone and explained all the controls on the car. This was the easiest and smoothest car experience I have ever had and being a widow purchasing my first car on my own, I was extremely appreciative and grateful for their service and assistance and especially in making it a pleasant experience overall!
