I would HIGHLY recommend Five Star Ford in NRH and Jim Rich their Internet Sales Manager. I have been in the market for a new truck for a few months now. I have had a pretty good idea of what I wanted. I have been to many dealerships much closer to my home that treated me very poorly to say the least. From the first time I spoke to Jim on the phone till the second we drove off the lot, he was welcoming, nice and most importantly what he said was not changing like every other dealership I have been too. You can tell Jim is a true professional and cares about you and what he does. He wasn't trying to pressure you into things you didn't want, I can defiantly see why he has so many repeat customers. The buying process was easy with no hype or sales pressure. Curtis Shakelford was courteous, patient, low key, and answered all of my questions. Justin Hood, the Finance Manager, was patient and thorough when explaining terms and warranties. For a small delivery fee of $100, they delivered my vehicle to my door and let me test drive it before signing any paperwork. I had been dealing with several high pressure sales people from other dealers and was fed up. It was so nice to deal with Curtis, who listened to me and didn't try to pressure me. This is what car buying should be like! I highly recommend Southwest Nissan and Curtis.
