Sales associate very friendly. Would have preferred to obtain CDs from 2006 Trailblazer but after 1 follow-up from associate, nothing else mentioned. Due to length of time stuck in CD changer, could not identify which ones they were. Unknown if that played a part but should not have. 3 cds should have been pulled and returned

My husband and I drove down from the Chattanooga area to look at a Suburban we found online. When we arrived we saw that they had added another to their inventory. We fell in love with it. We were going to trade in our vehicle to purchase the Suburban. We ran into a situation with it that we as experienced car buyers had never experienced. They helped us think of a solution. Once we resolved that issue, another issue that was new for them popped up with the vehicle we wanted to buy. Ray and Miguel had worked past closing and went above and beyond to get us in a vehicle to come home after we sold ours. This was definitely an unusual experience, but the level of customer service was amazing!! We would highly recommend Hertz Car Sales Stone Mountain to anyone!!!

I bought a Yukon XL from Darius @ Woody Folsom Dodge Chrysler. This was the best experience I have ever had buying a car! I live about hour and half away. Talked over the phone sent some picture texts and never stepped foot in the dealership! They had my ride delivered to me the same day we started talking after lunch and had a new truck in my yard same evening. He did exactly what he told me he was going to do and got the job done the quickest ever. Paperwork he brought to me was exactly what he told me over the phone, explained it all very well. I will definetly do business again with him!

Hertz Car Sales Stone Mountain review
Everything went fairly smooth. Processing the purchase took a little over an hour. At other dealerships it can take 3-4 hours. I forgot to inquire about the 2nd key until ready to drive away and was informed it only came with ONE key..............ask this question before you buy as this particular key costs around $300. Overall a fair price for what is a great car! Would have been better with 2 keys like I was assuming. If it came with 2 keys I would give them 5*'s!

What a great experience it was buying my Jeep from Butler Ford in Milledgeville. I was welcomed by Colby when I arrived and let me tell you this young man has a bright future. He was attentive and not overbearing and direct and straight to the point,but best thing about it,he wasn't the old fast talking car salesman that try to tell you everything you want to hear. Now saving the best for last, the manager Ryan Rock was a seasoned professional,he gave me a great deal,had a nice calm demeanor and was a main factor why I purchased my vehicle from Butler Ford.
