My entire experience was great. From the time I was greeted by a manager through the finance office everyone was helpful and friendly. My salesperson Josh Amburgey was Kind, knowledgeable and helpful. And continues to be as I have questions. I ended up stepping up to a Ranger XLT and drove it home! I asked him for business cards for friends that may be shopping in the future and have already handed out one. I had not been there of 11 years and was treated like family! Great experience!

The Parts Dept at Auto Park, Bremen is excellent in my opinion. I went in on Sat morning around 10am. I needed an ignition lock cylinder for my Ford Escape. I was lucky enough to be taken care of by Nick Shepherd, Parts Mgr. Nick had the part & told me he would not release it until he put it together correctly. He installed the tumblers & pins, glad I didn't have to do it. Nick & Jarred Zeisig are a great team!

I was purchasing a used car from Jordan Ford. Spoke with the salesman Ethan who assured me the car was perfect. I was traveling 2100 miles to purchase this car. When I arrived, Ethan picked me up at the airport and took me to the dealership. I went inside and the car was in the showroom with a big red bow on top. The car was flawless as Ethan described.
