New and used 2025 Ford Explorer for sale near Coventry, CT

It was easy to get a convenient appointment. Staff was courteous and repair cost was reasonable. Facility waiting room was clean and comfortable. Facility location is convenient and close to shops and restaurants which makes waiting for repair completion easier.

Driving experience is great. Either engine is plenty of power but even the base 2.3l is very fast. Rear wheel drive bias is noticeable in driving dynamics making it fun to drive. The new Google based infotainment system one of the best in the industry in my opinion.. Almost don't even need a phone with how smart it is. Blue cruise is very convenient for long monotonous highway drives if equipped

Went in for oil change and tire rotation. The friendliness of the service people and the quality of work is why I keep going back!

I was told that my 2017 Ford Edge coming in for a 45K maintenance service job would take 90 minutes and after I was advised twice for serious work and additional cost I truly was there the entire day.

This Explorer replaces a 2017 I loved. That car is still in the family. The Platinum Edition is fabulous, lots of bells and whistles. I choose to turn off the lane management system. It is somewhat aggravating. The automatic on off at stoplights can be irritating when you have a lot of stoplights. I will turn this feature off when I’m in traffic at a lot of lights. Otherwise, I keep it on. There is a great deal of new technology on the vehicle which is located on the center screen. It was not hard to learn, and although I’ve had this vehicle for a month I’m still learning a few things. This vehicle is a six seater with heated and ventilated seats. The back windows have screens, which is great when your transporting little children and anyone else the seats also have an automatic fold. This car will move quickly great pick up and even with a new car around town, I’m getting 20 1/half miles per gallon on regular gas. Although being a six seater, it is not too big. I had looked at a jeep which ran a good $13,000 more for the same features. The new body style on the Jeep was not appealing to a family member so we stuck with the Ford.

The sales person Andre, the sales manager Josh and Bill are very helpful through the whole process and I look forward to future meetings with service oil changes and maybe buying some products from them

This is my third Explorer…and this time I chose the Platinum edition. The exterior is about the same but with some very tasteful updates to the rear taillights and front grill. The interior is dramatically improved with a variety of materials used throughout. The larger touchscreen is easy to use. This is the first Android based platform and it is easy to use and worked seamlessly with Apple CarPlay. The Blue Cruise auto-driving feature is very impressive- and once you get over the hesitation of letting the car steer itself is very useful especially on long interstate trips. All in all this is the best Explorer I’ve had.

Beginning with John Tapio, who responded to an inquiry then Cameron, Jillian, Matt! Jay, and (apologies, can?t remember name) Finance guy, this whole process was the best ever. The sales person Mr. William Kendal was at all times helpful. Didn't like the unprofessional conduct of the financial department providing me a temporary registration with the wrong VIN#, and holdig on to the vehicle documents until the certified bank check drawn on a CT.state financial institution check cleared without informing me. All they had to do was simply tell me what the there s SOP was. Also didn't appreciate there behavior providing misinformation after they forgot to request the certificate for my veterans discount. After returning to the store to help them solve the problem, they falsely claimed they wanted to make sure If there were other rebates coming to me.
