Dahl Ford in Davenport, Iowa is a well organized, we'll-managed business. We traded our car in for a new Edge there yesterday and picked it up today. Our sales consultant was Javier Calleja,Jr. He was courteous, well informed and very professional. We found all the staff to be friendly and positive. The actual sale took less than two hours and we drove off with our new car this morning. Orientation to our new vehicle was very helpful and delivered by Javier on the spot. Service department is very knowledgeable about various car issues and gave great options on how to resolve each issue. They were friendly and answered to the best of their ability all the questions I asked. I was happy with the quality of service I received in addition to the quick turnaround time.

Our Salesman, Chuck Forsyth, got the truck we wanted even though it was not on their lot. He handled the whole process from start to finish and even stood out in the rain to install our phones and explain a few things. I highly recommend Chuck to anyone!!!...

Dan Johnson was my salesperson and he did a great job , as did the rest of the staff. Wasn't willing to budge on price tho. Overall it was a positive experience.

He was very professional and answered all our questions and made us comfortable with the entire process. I really appreciated the IT class with Dan Medberry. It was a great help since it has been a long time since we purchased a new vehicle. A lot has changed! Both Javier and Dan are to be commended for the fine job they do.

This is the best experience I've had buying a vehicle in the quad cities. I've bought a truck from Mills, an SUV from Lujacks, and a car from Courtesy. The only buying experience I recommend, is from Dahl. Not only are the sales personnel not pushy (ask for Travis, you'll have a great experience.), the finance department will go to great lengths to get you an awesome rate. I had a great experience, and would recommend them to anyone that was interested in buying a new Ford.
