I had a recall for my Toyota RAV4 and Jacob Mitchell was my rep for this. I chose a date that worked for me. He checked me in immediately, and while the car was worked on I asked towing and hybrid questions with a salesperson (super helpful and not pushy...I got to drive the conversation). Then I got a free fresh brewed coffee and watched TV for 5 minutes. Jacob came to me and told me it was done. He gave me an explanation of what was done and a reminder that my rear brakes needed work soon. Excellent job Jacob and Toyota!

For the second time in three years, we returned to Irwin Automotive in Laconia and once again left feeling truly blessed. Our first purchase through Mr. Howard Cullen was such a grace-filled experience—diligent, knowledgeable, low-pressure, and fast—that when the time came for a second family vehicle, we knew exactly where to turn. After a full year of earnest prayer, asking Our Lord and Savior for His gracious discernment and guidance in finding the right, safe, and affordable used car for our family, He answered in abundance. The Irwin motor group was fast ,friendly and professional. My sales person was Jacob fogg and I tried out a used pickup truck and went for a drive and came back and told him that it has a rattling sound and he assured me that it would be fixed when coming back in on the weekend to purchase the truck, he had texted me and told me that they found the problem and fixed it (loose skid plate) , Jacob thanks for fixing that issue!!! And I love the truck!!! I’m a happy customer and I would recommend Jacob to anybody who is interested in buying a new or used vehicle.

We recently bought a used Expedition! Our experience (which children in tow) was phenomenal. The team worked with us several days in advance of us making the trek to Burlington! We didn’t know, until all paperwork was signed, that we would have to return to make a second key. This is an 1hr20min drive so a pretty big inconvenience, especially since the door keypad is un-programmable without 2 keys!
