We had to have our air condition fixed in our 2018 Ford Explorer recently. The staff at Tipton Ford were so kind and informative. They found the root of the problem, ordered the parts which came right away, and since we are a one car family gave us a ride home and picked us up when our explorer was finished! This experience stood in sharp contrast to a prior service encounter at another Ford dealership in Anderson, where my concerns regarding a recurring issue were handled dismissively, ultimately resulting in the loss of my business.
