Our recent purchase was quite impressive. We made a purchase and decided to wait for the delivery so we were at the dealer for a few hours. At all times their team kept us informed of their progress, they always clearly and promptly answered questions and exceeded our expectations several times. The facility was very comfortable, clean and easy to find what you need. All of the employees genuinely seem happy and greeted us for the few hours we were there. We will buy from West Herr again!

Taylor always had a focus on the customer and what was in our best interest for purchasing options. after exploring purchase options at other dealerships, Its because of Taylor, that we felt like we were getting the deal that was right for us , and we completed the transaction. But, what made Taylor stand out from any other significant life purchases which we have ever completed, was one statement Taylor made to us. The vehicle was to arrive the next day, I called at 4 pm and said , my wife just got out of work and we can be there by 5 , can we pick up our new truck?, we were very excite to receive our new vehicle. Without hesitation, Taylor stated," The vehicle had just arrived , it hasn't been detailed, but Taylor said he would go detail it himself , so it will be ready when we arrived. I know they close at 5pm, it would have been way after 5 if we choose to pick it up and complete all the purchasing paperwork. But Taylor was only focused on his customers needs, not getting out at 5pm. We declined and said it makes sense to pick it up the next day. Taylor is an outstanding customer focused professional, and extremely knowledgeable asset to the Bob Johnson Ford organization .
