Since I left my F250 King Ranch at Chalmers Ford, I have received 4 or 5 calls from Nick Briggs. I presented a problem which, seemingly, sounds ‘crazy’. Our 2004 pickup gave up the ghost hauling our big living quarter horse trailer across White Sands. We decided that our best option was to find a new truck with the capability to haul the trailer home. This was not an easy feat given the late time of day and limited inventory in the dealerships. Luckily we found Adam at Roswell Ford. He not only got the deal done in record time, he delivered the truck to us in Alamogordo (2 hours away) late that night, helped us get the trailer hooked up and gave us detailed instructions of the vehicle as we returned him to the dealership. He was definitely our knight in shining armor. And we also love the truck. Never thought we would purchase a vehicle like that, but when life gives you lemons...
