Paloma is the assosiate that helped us and she has been very professional with us and really helped us with the process . And the manager peter i think is his name has also been very pleasant to work with. There was a small issue with our car we bought but he took care of it in a timely manner. Hard working people. Dealer is understaffed. communication can be slow. Had transmission replaced. It was a long process to get everything approved. once it was approved and they had the new transmission they got the job finished quickly.

Once again Sunrise Ford provided excellent repair service. Scheduled recommended services were done on my 2007 Ford Explorer and they were all done professionally and no issues. In addition, Service Advisor Nick Soriano was very knowledgeable in handling the services needed for my Ford. He was also very easy to discuss with concerning future recommended services for my Ford and what they entail and costs.

We made an appointment, and he had the truck I was interested in ready to go, I knew what I wanted and leased the car that evening. Andrew was friendly, professional, polite, and knew the vehicle and the process very well! I highly recommend working with Andrew, he’s great and you won’t be disappointed. About 2 weeks after the sale, and issue came up regarding the finance department, I received no response from finance, so I called Andrew and he had it resolved in a day. Thank you again!
