Ordered the truck after selecting from every viable option for the f 150 with Duke's help by patiently answering all my option questions. I had ordered/ bought a new Ford van with Duke 22 years ago and I wanted to buy again from him after being impressed with his salesmanship and customer care. I live part time in Rhode island and Florida but selected Mullinex Ford to buy the truck and flew down to get it when it arrived. Stuck in Kissimmee!
My wife and I were on vacation from Pittsburgh when our 2019 Ford F-250 King Ranch had a engine light come on. Lara from customer service took over and immediately had her diesel technician get out truck in run a diagnostic test. To make a long story short our truck was fixed and we were on our way in only about an hour! Thanks!
