I Recently brought my truck in a 2023 King Ranch For the works service I dropped it off the night before by mid afternoon the next day everything was complete. They did a couple of extra things that they quoted me for overall I think they do a fine job here service people you check in with are extremely courteous and respectful and it’s my go to place to bring my King Ranch and when I get another truck, I’ll bring my next truck here too But overall, I like this service and experience here it’s excellent

Just a standard oil change and tire rotation. However I had some unexpected problems occur that prevented me from making my appointment as scheduled. I’m happy to say that the service dept personnel were so very understanding of my situation and even though they were booked up made room for me that same afternoon. We are Glenn and Kim Creyts. We went to Buckeye Ford on 4/11/25 and Rob Cremeens was our sales person. He was EXCEPTIONAL! We weren't given the "run-a-round!" We were quickly interviewed by telephone before our visit, stated exactly what we wanted in a new vehicle, set-up the appointment, and were in-and-out with a new car within two hours! Rob is experienced and it was most evident to us! This was an incredible time that we won't forget! Buckeye Ford is very lucky to have him and the other professionals there on its staff!
