Although we did not like the vehicle we test drove, we were very impressed by their excellent customer service. Ken Grody Ford is great. Great facility. Good staff. I had bought a Ford 150 lightning prior from them and I had a good experience. I worked with Amador on both purchases. He was good to work with. I have a good relationship with them. I would highly recommend Ken Grody Ford.

Everyone and everything was great, but the only thing is I wanted a different car instead if the new Echosport. I seen other deals that were the same on other new 2019's, but the customer service was excellent. Vehicle purchased on March 17, 2020.

Our sales representative Paloma was very helpful, super responsive and easy to work with. At no time where we pressured Yeah they weren’t out a very good deal for us in a very short period of time.

I was shopping for a new Expedition and visited several dealers online, they all had a $5k markup on the sticker prices except Villa Ford, they were offering a $2,500 discount. Andrew Romano followed up on my online inquiry and he was excellent to work with. We made an appointment, and he had the truck I was interested in ready to go, I knew what I wanted and leased the car that evening. Andrew was friendly, professional, polite, and knew the vehicle and the process very well! I highly recommend working with Andrew, he’s great and you won’t be disappointed. About 2 weeks after the sale, and issue came up regarding the finance department, I received no response from finance, so I called Andrew and he had it resolved in a day. Thank you again!
