Ability to get vehicle in for routine maintenance was easy. Oil change, tire rotation, safety inspection was completed in a timely manner. The few additional service items that were identified were recommended to wait for next service at the 20K maintenance event.

I was looking for a specific Ford Truck, a F350 Diesel. I found one on Cars.com that was at Interstate Ford. I live about 2 hours away from the dealership. Never got good answer on phone charger not working. All miscommunication he told me were resolved. He never talked to manager. He made decisions on the negotiations.

The salesman James was great but it still took 6 hours to get the deal done . Also I had to come back to pick the car up because there was a software update.
