My oil change went smoothly. They took my vehicle in to service on time and as scheduled. The wait time seemed to be less than a half hour and I had a nice clean place to wait. HVAC blower was defective. Dealer attempted to replace with an aftermarket part which made noise.They replaced it again with an oem part.
