My salesman, Jerime Vail gave me the best no pressure buying experience and I have not seen that treatment in a long time. Said the lady over 55. I was driving down the I-30 service road to each dealership trying to decide what kind of SUV I wanted to purchase. This dealership was not the first one I visited, it was the last one. When I pulled into the parking lot I still didn't know what I wanted. Jeremy greeted me and I told him what I was looking for. He asked a couple of questions and then we were off to look at the inventory on the lot. I can't remember what the SUV was we were going to test out because as we walked by these cute Bronco Sports. I guess he saw me smiling. Then he said, unless you want to test that Bronco Sport. I said I don't believe it's in my budget. It was then that he talked to me like a human being instead of a paycheck. I love how he let me take the lead the entire time and absolutely zero pressure. I love my new Bronco Sport. I highly recommend Jerime Vail for your automobile purchase. It was such a great experience that the next day I sold them my Mercedes Benz C300 and Jerime helped me through that process. I definitely like my Ford Bronco Sport much better than the Mercedes plus the Ford's salesman was much nicer. The finance guy was much better, he also treated me like a person. The whole experience was quite quick and everyone was friendly. The Salesperson answered all my questions and also showed me a few things I did not know about the truck. Financing agent was friendly, it did take a couple of tries for us to come to an agreement on the amount, interest, and length. Great options for warrantee coverage! I only have a very minor comment. The detailing was a little light which is not too big of a deal for me since I go through and reclean everything to my standards. I will definitely buy from here again if the opportunity arises in the future! Thank you
