My wife and I ordered a 2013 car through Lou Fusz Ford back in March and Kevin Barry was our salesman. I can?t say enough good things about our experience. To start, Lou Fusz was the only local Ford dealership that was not price gouging this particular car with a ridiculous dealer markup, as it is against their policy. Secondly, even though the wait for the car was long (due to Ford?s production issues, not anything to do with the dealership), Kevin stayed on top of our order, kept in contact with us with any updates and made sure that once the car did arrive that it was handled/delivered just as we had requested it to be. We were very particular and demanding about this car and he did everything right. Most people, myself included, enjoy getting a new car, but don?t usually enjoy the buying process. After our experience with Kevin, we can?t wait to be in the market again for a car and look forward to working with him. He is professional, caring, and goes out of his way to make sure that you are satisfied with everything. He is honest and trustworthy, which are not usually characteristics someone would think of when describing a salesperson. Our 2020 Ford Escape has been a fabulous experience. Absolutely zero problems or breakdowns. Regular maintenance is all we?ve needed to do. Will definitely look at the Escape first for our next purchase.

Pretty easy process for us. We knew what we were already going to be looking at because we really wanted a hybrid. We bought it used but the dealership did a really good job inspecting it and making sure it not a lot was wrong with it. If it weren't for the smoker who was in it last I think the headliner would be cleaner but otherwise the car was in good shape inside. There were a few dings here and there on the outside. The car drives and runs really smooth and overall was happy.

Easy and great people to work with. Made the process efficient and enjoyable. Took me two visits and the truck was mine. When I came back to pick the truck up it was cleaned and ready.

I was about 2-1/2 hours from the dealership so they informed me when everything was ready prior to me heading out to minimize time. Truck was just as described and everything was in working order.

Had what I wanted, and we came to terms. Gave me a fair price on my trade in. Went home with a brand-new Explorer.

We did an emissons test, oil change, and wipers all around. Was driven to work, picked up and the vehicle was ready. It will reach 100,000 miles this month and it is like new. Everything as tight as when it was new, and I bought it new at Pundmann Ford some 5 years ago. Pundmann Ford helps me keep my car running like new.
