The next thing you know, we jumped on a plane and headed to Springfield Missouri. Brett picked us up at the airport and gave us some history of the area along the way. It only took less than an hour-ish to get the paperwork sorted out. We felt so welcomed there, and the whole experience was amazingly awesome. I wish every purchase would go as smoothly. We bought a 2016 Ford Escape in June and it needed a key made which was done at no cost then in a couple of weeks had an issue with a wheel speed sensor that was fixed at no cost and we had them service it yesterday the 12th of October and they were very nice and got it took care of only thing was took longer than expected was told an hour but took almost two hours but at least nothing was broken while working on it like some other place has done in the past also need to be abit more cautious about spilling stuff on the paint by the fuel lid I was able to get it wiped out but otherwise very nice and efficient job well done otherwise so bottom line is if you need anything done I'd recommend thanks for a job

AS a U.S. Veteran, this is the third new vehicle I have purchased from Tri lakes. The salesman was excellent, courteous, answered questions quickly, always followed up and was very friendly to us. Honesty, courtesy and professional. Why is this important? We live 1.5 hours from the dealership, passing many other dealers who are just not up to the standards of what I consider a fair conversation and deal. We highly recommend them. So, this is not the easiest trek but produces the best results.

It was good, they show us the car we was looking for and the attendant was precise and good.
