I've never left a review for a dealership or salesman before, mostly because I've always been taught that if you don't have anything nice to say, don't say anything at all. So, this is a first for me! Mike, the Internet Sales Manager, made our experience super easy. We talked to four different people from start to finish for various parts of the deal, and I never felt pressured or like anyone was trying to pull a fast one on us. Everyone was very upfront and transparent. We went in super informed, knowing exactly what we wanted, what we were willing to pay, and the minimum we were willing to accept for our trade-in. The entire experience exceeded our expectations, and we got an awesome deal. The experience was so great that now I want to trade my Honda in for a Ford just because of how well we were treated!

I was told that there was a considerable amount of waiting time due to heavy volume and was offered the option of a shuttle service. I chose to wait for the work to be completed and it was completed a little sooner than expected. Not only did a I receive a good price, they bettered the offer I was getting with the financing, so of course I took their offer. But they went beyond that... within a day or two after my purchase,the vehicle developed a problem with the AC.
