We had to return some complicated items and they were very nice friendly and professional. Because of the pandemic we were way beyond the 30 day return policy but they took them back anyway and gave us the credit we were owed.

My car ( Mustang Mach E) unexpectedly developed issues. I called George Wall immediately. Their service staff seamlessly scheduled my appointment for the next day. When I dropped my car off for service, I was able to get a ride back to my house. I was kept informed about what was wrong with my car as well as the progress. When finished, all work was explained to me and the car was delivered back to me. Since moving to Monmouth County, George Wall has been my go to place for all car related issues because they are professional, friendly and all work is done well. I recommend them wholeheartedly.

I have purchased or leased three (3) vehicles from Dana. In an industry that is often maligned or misrepresented I had the distinct pleasure od interacting with Mr. John Daly. I use the word "profession" simply because with representatives like Mr. Daly, the perception and status of the vehicle sales business is raised to the level or a true profession. As an attorney, I interact with people on every level on a daily basis. In the often confusing and even stressful word of vehicle purchase, Mr. Daly exhibited the calm professional knowledge, courtesy and demeanor that made MY purchase a pleasure! Great job. Fixed what was wrong and my Explorer is back on the road with no issues. This was the first vehicle I ever went start to finish on ALL maintenance with the dealership. In this case: a different Ford dealership I will call “Harry’s” Ford; from purchase until now. Don’t let anyone tell you all dealerships are the same. Every Service appointment was an issue at “Harry’s” Ford. Wait for weeks, claim items weren’t under warranty, upsell, “warn” you there would be future unrelated problems down the road and in the latest case: describing a disaster scenario over the phone in which they claimed they are moths out on the repairs I was describing. What? Without even doing a diagnostic check? Well that was the final straw for “Harry’s”. I called George Wall Ford and the difference was night and day. My service needs were met. I am on the road. All you could ask for in a Dealership friendly, organized, thorough and efficient.

I leased a 2024 nautilus from Dana Ford . My sales man was Ahmed Khodir. He was very courteous and professional and he really worked with my wife and I and I am very pleased with him.
