Andrew was very helpful. Direct to the point, sincere. They did take time for their mechanic to check the car for possible concerns. Took a video and worked on these problems before releasing the car to us. Only concern is that they are a little hard to reach. I was on the phone line and kept being transferred around and call got dropped, they called me while I was on hold, of course I did not get to answer. But overall, I am happy with the transaction.

The weather was terrible. It was cold and raining but it didn't stop AJ from going out into the lot and bringing back cars for us to test drive.
