I gave the buying process 4 stars because the buying process is never fun or easy, but I would definitely recommend this dealership. My husband had previously visited another south florida Ford dealership and when he told them he was just looking and trying to see if this would be the right vehicle for our daughter, they basically dismissed him and offered minimal help. I came in to AutoNation, alone, to check out the Bronco. Anthony, was assigned to help me.
