Rave to Rey at Porterville Ford! The battery in our car died but was able to get one last start out of it. Driving around and scared to turn the car off, we called and they let us drive right over. Even though it was during their lunch time, they provided and replaced our battery right then and had us back on our way in about a half hour. That's customer service that is hard to find these days. The sale people were very knowledgeable , and was a pleasure to do business with. She had the service department clean the car prior to delivery and they did not half clean anything. The windows, interior seats, and carpet was not cleaned as good as previous car dealers had done. Overall Sale personnel are fine, Service personnel are not as good.

I found the listing on cars.com, as I’m from Tucson AZ, and Jim made the car buying easy regardless of the hundreds of miles in between. I had to have this specific car as it was in better shape than most in my area, and they didn’t come close to “taking advantage” of how much I wanted this car. Even delivered the car to me in Arizona HIMSELF. They did not hassle me with extras, gave me an EXTREMELY fair price on a rare Evo that was just as nice in person as in pictures. I can not thank Jim enough for all the hard work and A customer service experience. Very down to earth, completely straight forward, and puts the customer first.. What more can you ask for from a salesman, when making such a big purchase?!

Don't judge a dealer's service by the appearance of the facility. While well maintained, Mullahey's facility is definitely not one of the more impressive ones. Their service staff, however, is excellent. Courteous, knowledgeable and conscientious. There's a real neighborly feel to this dealership.
