Josh from the service department was excellent! The diagnosed my truck within a day of it being towed in, had me an and plan with timing, and back on the road within 4 business days after a major repair and parts ordering. They contacted me on open recalls and knocked all of them out at the same time. Josh text me frequently while they had my truck so that I could follow along with the process and made my alternative planning that much easier. I can?t thank him and this team enough!

I recently purchased a 2025 Ford Bronco from Bates Ford, and I can?t say enough about how great the experience was with Scott Dickens. Having worked in automotive sales myself, I usually walk into a dealership very direct, well-researched, and only when I?m ready to make a deal. Because of that, I hold pretty high expectations. IDK how "non-commisioned sales" works. But it produced a very rewarding shopping experience for us. Joseph, our sales rep, listened and made suggestions that were spot-on. We found the vehicle we wanted, they made the changes needed to satisfy our needs, and Joseph delivered the vehicle to us at home. Per my extend extended warranty, I have got to do maintenance at certain intervals. Ford of Murfreesboro, and especially Jay in the service department have been instrumental in making sure that I?m able to get my vehicle in, serviced in a timely manner, and back on the road in a quick and efficient manner. Cannot say enough good things about these guys! Jay is on top of it, sending me text messages and voicemails as to the status and updates on my vehicle. You know where you?re at at every step of the process. These guys really do set the standard. Have been to several local Ford dealerships, and can say I?ve not had the same level of service. I have to thank Jay at Newton Ford South. My wife has wanted a truck every since I bought my Ford Ranger but she wanted something smaller that fit her better. Jay took the time to let us drive the newer Ranger but it still didn't fit her. A few minutes after we returned from the test drive, the delivery truck rolled up with 3 new Mavericks. Chase got one of the truck and had it at the front door in a blink. They grabbed tags and we took off for another test drive. When we got back Chase had all the paperwork done, we had traded my wife's car in. There wasn't any haggling on price. Chase had given us a great deal right from the start, a more than fair trade-in value and everything was transparent which is sometimes hard to find. By the time we got through signing papers with Travis and a few jokes, her truck was clean and ready to go. I am usually the worlds worst at buyers remorse but this is one purchase that was so non pressured, honest , and informative that I had no doubts as we drove away.
