For the second time in three years, we returned to Irwin Automotive in Laconia and once again left feeling truly blessed. Our first purchase through Mr. Howard Cullen was such a grace-filled experience—diligent, knowledgeable, low-pressure, and fast—that when the time came for a second family vehicle, we knew exactly where to turn. After a full year of earnest prayer, asking Our Lord and Savior for His gracious discernment and guidance in finding the right, safe, and affordable used car for our family, He answered in abundance. We discovered the perfect vehicle at Irwin with a little over 8,000 miles on it! Mr. Cullen was away on vacation but immediately arranged for us to work with Mr. Colby Calnan, who made the test drive smooth and joyful. On Saturday morning, after a quick family decision, we returned to finalize the purchase. We recently bought a used Expedition! Our experience (which children in tow) was phenomenal. The team worked with us several days in advance of us making the trek to Burlington! We didn’t know, until all paperwork was signed, that we would have to return to make a second key. This is an 1hr20min drive so a pretty big inconvenience, especially since the door keypad is un-programmable without 2 keys!
