Came in to look at a 2022 Pacifica. It was in really good condition, reasonably priced, and no serious issues. There was one minor issue with it that they took care of for us before we finalized the sale. Only minor caveat is that we had pre-arranged financing through our bank, and they did contact our bank but didn't go through the agent I specifically told them to contact, so there was some confusion about the loan that way. Overall a positive experience, would buy from them again.

The Morrie's Ford team in Sparta, specifically Seth were great to work with. I went there just starting my car shopping and bought an Escape that same night. It had an internal recall on a door, they provided me with a loaner until new door and paint job were done. I was a bit nervous about the new paint being a perfect match but as it turned out, it looks perfect. Morrie's sales and service departments are awesome and willing to do what they can to make you a customer for life. Im loving my Ford Escape.
