CarMax Virginia Beach review
The sale people were very knowledgeable , and was a pleasure to do business with. She had the service department clean the car prior to delivery and they did not half clean anything. The windows, interior seats, and carpet was not cleaned as good as previous car dealers had done. Overall Sale personnel are fine, Service personnel are not as good.

I had selected two car options prior to arriving. Dave Simmons had them ready and reviewed the differences with me and had tags ready for me to test drive. Caid made the finance and warranty process seamless. Donna handled the paperwork with ease. I ordered upgraded floor mats and luggage rack cross bars through Mike in the parts department and had them in a few days. Love the loaner for life! I wanted the Ford Super Duty model with the 6.7 diesel and the 10 speed transmission. I wanted a fairly basic package but a step above the work truck style with steel wheels...Hunter, the sales person who helped me, steered me towards the XL model with a sports package upgrade. It's perfect. Even with the simpler XL model, it has so many useful options: 360 degree cameras, auto dimming lights, a very nice audio system which links to my phone, just to name a few of the options. Not to mention the engine and transmission which is very powerful and just what I wanted. I got a great deal and Hunter the salesman was top notch. Very happy with my truck!
