Dorsch (Ron & Dallas) were a pleasure to deal with when it came to purchasing my vehicle. I never purchased a used car from an out of state dealer that was so far from me. The process can be scary but they provided me with various pictures, videos, and all the information to formulate my decision. I flew in from New York and they arranged to have me picked up from the airport. The negotiation process was pretty simple as well. I drove the car back over 1,000 miles without a hiccup. I had been hearing about Wickstrom for a while - when it came time to buy a new vehicle, I went to Wickstrom and was blown away. The typical car buying experience is quite frustrating but Wickstrom was a different story and made the process fun and easy. I worked with Don DiPaulo and he was great. Super easy, not your average pushy car salesman. He answered my questions, made suggestions, and followed through each step of the way. I was in and out in a timely manner and Don and his crew went above and beyond. I will definitely go back to Wickstrom and work with Don DiPaulo when we need a new car again.
