Jose made the entire repair process completely effortless for me. He arranged to have my car picked up from my location and dropped back off once the work was complete. To my surprise, they finished the entire repair a day earlier than promised! The communication was excellent, the service was quick, and my air conditioner is now blowing ice-cold. These guys were a pleasure to work with. The dealership was further from my home than was convenient to visit in person, so they went out of their way to prep the paperwork so I could purchase and negotiate remotely and then we’re able to deliver my new car. If I am in the market for another vehicle I will definitely start here. They were upfront with costing and fees etc and I didn’t have the typical experience you might be thinking when purchasing a vehicle. It was similar to my experience with Mercedes dealerships which has always been awesome.
