They always do a great job - and they are courteous and work quickly. They did an oil change for us and also found that our cabin filter was dirty. That part was rather expensive (mostly due to the cost of the filter, $50, plus a $40 labor charge). We could tell the air was fresher afterwards.

I stopped by Pugmire Ford to look at a truck. The sales guy Tim was the best salesman I have ever had the pleasure of working with. I told him I was only looking, but he treated me as if I was important as any other customer. He was patient and was not pushy at all but yet still very helpful. I told them I wanted to buy one of their vehicles. After I signed the agreement they moved it around back and put a sold paper in the dash. It took two days for me to get them a copy of the bank check and three more to pick it up. They didn't make me race other interested people to be the first one there with cash. That was an issue with other dealers. They also sold it to me for the advertised price. I didn't have to use their financing to get the advertised price.

Jake was great to work with very happy with the deal. We made definitely work with them again. The truck is everything they said it wasn?t worth couldn?t be happier.

I appreciated the laid-back approach to my overall purchase and especially the willingness to let me take the vehicles I was interested in home to really check out, it offered me the opportunity to really solidify my choice. That being said I would have appreciated an opportunity to have the sales person go over the system details of the vehicle in more detail prior to driving it off the lot. With the amount of electronics and computerized systems these days a firm understanding of the included features of the vehicle is warranted.
