The service team of Friendship Ford of Bristol are all very professional and knowledgeable. I was notified of a recall on my 2025 F-150 and whe I called for a service appointment they informed me of a second recall I knew nothing about. They got me right in and corrected the problems. Took our 22 Bronco Sport in for 20k service. Was in and out in about an hour. Could not be more pleased. These people are the friendliest employees I have ever seen. We have had MB's, BMW and Volvo's but have never been treated so well as Ken Wilson. The added benefit is that it you time it right you can have lunch at the Southern Porch in Downtown on your way back home.
