The service department has always been quick, especially when I use their Quick Lane service. They told me recently too that they now have a mobile unit that goes to your house or work and they can also pick up your vehicle, so I might try that next time so I don't have to take time off of work to get it fixed.

I found the salesman and the manager to be very helpful. Also, they were very good at communicating and getting everything taken care of in a very orderly and timely fashion. I had the Works maintenance service done. Susan my service rep was great! I appreciated her checking on me and letting me know what was happening with my Escape and how much longer it will be till done.

The shopping and buying experience was quick and easy, even pleasant. However a slight issue after the sale took almost a month to resolve. Many promised return calls were never received.

I had an issue with my A.C,had earlier taken it to some mechanic but they couldn't fix it so I thought of taking it to Metro Ford.They were able to detect the problem after some diagnosis and the problem was eventually fixed.These guys have good customer service and their waiting area is really nice.

I would recommend Golf Mill Ford to anyone!!! If you're looking to buy a car, this is the place to go!! I was helped by Mike Godlewski and Tall Damian in search for a reliable and affordable vehicle. I was pleasantly surprised with the available inventory they had. We looked at and test drove some cars, BUT the last one they brought out, I thought for sure was going to be out of my budget and thought they were trying to sell me something "more expensive" - wrong.
