Just took my 2019 Ford Edge in for a leak in the trans axle and everyone was so helpful from making the appointment, the valet service, and my tech advisor-Torrey. he kept me posted all through the. process and explained it in terms I could understand. Fantastic customer service, staff, quite knowledgeable and ease of getting my Edge serviced I used their valet service-such a great way to have the car serviced and the pick up and drop off was so easy and convenient. The process actually exceeded expectations. Kudos to my Service Advisor Torrey. He kept me posted throughout the process. Highly recommend!

It was even better to know that the issue was addressed without me having to leave my truck in the dealership all day. The option of having a remote service call is great and I was not even home since I left the paperwork with my wife.
