Jose made the entire repair process completely effortless for me. He arranged to have my car picked up from my location and dropped back off once the work was complete. I have taken our 2017 Lincoln Navigator to a total of three dealerships since I moved back to Utah a year ago. Their prices are fair for both their vehicle purchases as well as their service department. In fact, one dealership near my home charged over 2X as much as Ken Garff quoted me for changing all of the fluids in my Lincoln. Everyone in the Ken Garff sales department, parts department and service department were absolutely amazing. Recently I had major repairs performed on my Lincoln at Ken Garff and I was kept apprised of the repairs, cost and length of time required in the shop. They were also very helpful providing a tow truck to pick up my SUV. Rami and Brandon in service kept me updated on the work being performed and also emailed me a video of the mechanic’s findings! I wish I could recall the names of all the amazing staff members who helped us in Sales with a new vehicle purchase as well as Parts, but they were all remarkable! Ken Garff will be the only dealership I will patronize from hereafter. They rock!
