This is my fourth Explorer. I decided in 2018 to order the top-of-the-line Platinum. This vehicle has all the bells and whistles for a person that wants the luxury of one of Fords top models. It has Platinum leather seats that are very comfortable. If you can find today, buy it. It has the 3.5L V6 that has great power on acceleration. You can only buy a V6 now on the 2025 Explorer ST which is a 3.0L. The cost is around $60,000 Loaded.

I love this vehicle. My 2022 Ford Explorer XLT far exceeds my expectations. Handling is great. Performance is far better than expected. Gas mileage is 26mpg combined average for the 16,500 miles I have on the vehicle so far. The interior fit and finish could be better and the original tires...not holding up very well. The vehicle is comfortable and always a pleasure to drive. I always get compliments on the exterior style. In my opinion, it's one of the better looking SUV's on the road. The rear biased drive train give it superior handling, better than anything I test drove. Chevy, Subaru, or the Kia.

Want to go hank every service dept for the wonderful service, starting with advisor hector,all the way to the service manager Ivelis thank you all and there should be a way to rate there performance as it is for the management team as well the sales,so the individual who deserves it can be rated appropriately for there individual work ethic

Although pricey, this truck is awesome to drive . Very sharp looking and runs fast! I highly recommend ! We went from a Flex to this car and it was a seamless transition.

I've been using Schaller to service my Acura and other cars for nearly 20 years. The service is great and they take the time to explain every repair. This is how auto service should be!

I am happy with everything about my explorer. Get good gas mileage and is very comfortable ride. Traded my 2020 for this 2022. Love the color and have gotten lots of compliments.

Wife's car ,working at home not many miles low 20k as of2024 June. Still I wonder about trans fluid because of time. Problem that bugs me is the radio. Static in AM off and on ,and of course the business station 1220am about the market. UGH!! Third lease of explorer, so low in miles ,made it a purchase. 🤞👍

Uncomfortable to have all the men working during my purchasing stare and make uncomfortable comments was horrible. The sales person I worked with was fine and tried his best to make the experience positive.

Quiet, comfortable and powerful car. I have the twin turbo that puts out 400 hp. General gas mileage is 19-20 city and 24-25 highway. The only thing that I would change on this vehicle is that I would like to be able to turn off some of the automatic operations on a semi-permanent basis.

2016 Platinum. Nice SUV, comfortable, very powerful, decent fuel economy, fair build quality, but there are some things to be aware of; the AWD models have a PTU (power transfer unit) which sends power to the rear wheels. It is positioned very close to the exhaust, and the heat generated by the turbochargers literally cooks the gear oil in the PTU, causing it to fail. The unit only holds about a quart of oil, and is NOT serviced or checked, even when you have the vehicle serviced at the dealer. We had trouble with the front camera, and the recirculation actuator on the climate control. If you are considering a used Explorer, I highly recommend buying the best warranty you can! The only complaint I have is the road noise. On new pavement, it's quiet, but on all other roads it's VERY loud inside!

He described the car in great detail, took and emailed additional photos and offered additional assistance I might need prior to making the trip. I’ve been “around the block” a few times and in my opinion, Sean is far and above the consummate professional. He is easy to talk to, has a great sense of humor and has pride in his profession. I currently own a 2020 Ford Explorer XLT (used, bought with 50k miles). Before this I used to own a 2015 BMW X3 Xdrive28i. Now people reading this would be astounded to hear such a bad review for a german luxury vehicle. IT. WAS. TRASH. Sorry, BMW fanboys, but that is true. Anyways, coming back to the Explorer, it was a lot, lot better. Better mileage, Better comfort, A ton of space to even pack up to 5 large suitcases and five big boxes with only the third row down. Considerable performance and power for a massive three row SUV, compared to a “apocalypse ready, tough and rugged” Jeep Wrangler. Very sturdy car, fun to drive around. And really handy when you’re like me who decided to hit the road from Miami, FL to Cypress, TX (😁). I was worried whether evreything would fit in, but apparently there was way more space than that! Also if you are a parent with an infant, you will have NO problem fitting in a child seat. Another thing is that I use an iPhone and my wife uses a Samsung. It is compatible with both carplay and android auto. Now the best part: this is the most stylish SUV under $30k I have ever seen except for a Jeep Grand Cherowkee. My final verdict: The best, affordable, 6-7 seater SUV you can get on the auto market. And I am saying this not only from a driver-standpoint, but a parent as well. I have read other people’s reviews, and some will disagree with me. But after all, it is an automobile. Whether it be a million dollar Rolls-Royce or a Bugatti or a Ford, it is still developing. I am proud of what Ford can do. I highly recommend to those who are looking for a reliable and safe car, buy a Ford. They are incredible.

Love this car overall but I have only one complaint. I was putting some boxes in the rear of the car and one of the boxes must have touched the the rear seat folding mechanism as all of a sudden it tried to unfold the seats. If my grandchildren had been sitting there strapped in I hate to think what may have happened!! Wish you had coverage over the mechanism so this wouldn’t happen.

I recently purchased a 2011 Ford Escape. The car was in great shape and was true to it's description. Staff was friendly and all paperwork was done quickly.

2017 Ford Explorer. I love my car. It runs great but I have had battery problem and trim has blown off my car on freeway. Have not had a lot of problems with it.

This is the first explorer that I have owned in nearly 30 years. I am coming from a ram 1500. I am surprised how comfortable this explorer is I’m really enjoying the gas mileage between 21 to 23 in town. I have not taken a trip on the highway yet.

Although I did not end up buying a vehicle from Shelby Motor Cars, they have a fairly wide selection of cars with high mileage which was what I was looking for. When you put money down on a vehicle, make sure it is very clear what is to be fixed on the Buyer's Order and ensure everything was done before accepting delivery. My salesman was Peter, he did not return one phone call and my interest started slipping then. I spoke to another salesman, Mo(?), who told me dealer policy is money cannot be EFT'd into dealership's account, so I'd had enough and that killed the deal right there. There seem to be many phone numbers associated with the dealership which is great, but they ALL go unanswered, so what's the point? Again, the cars are what's important, and the vehicles they carry are as good as can be expected with the mileage. If you're on a budget, this appears to be a decent place to go. Apparently you must be willing to be persistent, which I was not.

Best Ford, other than a pickup, I've ever owned. Minor issues and recalls. All fixed or checked expertly here in Woodbridge VA. Only 80,000 miles. All highway. Tows a trailer perfectly straight. 4X4 with tow package. Getting ready to sell. Nobody else in the house to use it ! Lol

If I could give more stars than 5, I definitely would! Lila Bubier, Mark Deal, trade checker and Kia Finance went above and beyond to get me out of my negative equity from my Hyundai Ioniq 5. I am so grateful to have a new 2025 Kia Sorento Plug-In Hybrid. I had originally went in February, but did not come away with a deal. Lila has consistently reached out to me asking if I was interested and provided many different options to get me at the price point that I wanted. It was not easy, but we made it to the end goal. My growing family and I are so grateful to have this amazing team working at Kia and I hope to continue this new relationship with them at Blasius for years to come! Thank you so much!!!!

I often drive to the Michigan upper pennisula in the winter. This SUV has never disappointed me. One time I was driving up to Sault Ste Marie early in the morning. The road was slippery with blowing snow. The outside air temp was MINUS 41. i was alone with hardly ever seeing another vehicle. I kept thinking "trust this vehicle" because my life literally depended on it. I had no problems. And everything was on high - the defroster, rear defrost, heated steering wheel, heated seat, radio and keeping my phone charger plugged in. And in case you wonder why I would venture out in these conditions - I was called for jury duty and made it on time !! It has also gotten me out of deep snow.

I recently traded in my 2018 Explorer Sport for a used 2023 Explorer ST from Marcotte Ford in Holyoke MA,. The salesperson I worked with was Andrew Tasini. He was pleasant, knowledgeable, with no pressure and very easy to work with. We were able to come to an agreement that was good for all of us us, and we ended up buying the Explorer. All in all a great experience and I will definitely be going back to them for my next car purchase.
