Used Ford Explorer for sale near Jackson, NY

I had a wonderful time this afternoon buying my 2023 Chevy Malibu. Dealerships matter almost as much as the vehicle brand . I went to another dealer in Johnstown and they literally tried to rip me off and charge me $6,000 above MSRP. The employees at this dealership were very professional, very courteous, and most of all very patient with me. I paid MSRP which I understand is not 100% common in today's auto market. I want to give a shout out to Jessica DiTrapano for being very professional, and very accommodating. She is obviously very good at what she does. I've had many dealership experiences over the course of my lifetime, and this one is right at the top because of her and the rest of the employees that I had to interact with this afternoon. They are a good reflection of the type of business Mohawk Chevrolet runs.

I love this vehicle. My 2022 Ford Explorer XLT far exceeds my expectations. Handling is great. Performance is far better than expected. Gas mileage is 26mpg combined average for the 16,500 miles I have on the vehicle so far. The interior fit and finish could be better and the original tires...not holding up very well. The vehicle is comfortable and always a pleasure to drive. I always get compliments on the exterior style. In my opinion, it's one of the better looking SUV's on the road. The rear biased drive train give it superior handling, better than anything I test drove. Chevy, Subaru, or the Kia.

My husband and I were interested in a 2017 ford escape contacted Ford of Latham spoke with James in sales liked the vehicle but we’re informed it was sold! Upon our disappointment we spoke with Anthony Gallo sales manager he went above and beyond to get us in another Ford Escape! Which we ended up leasing a 2022 Ford Escape! I am very happy and pleased with the new vehicle! The entire staff we dealt with were helpful, courteous and very accommodating! James, Anthony, Alex and Felix were all very helpful and kind! Best car I’ve ever owned. Does everything I want//need it to do. Always starts in the morning. I’ve been camping with it and slept inside the car. Plenty of room

This dealership (DJ at the Queensbury location), with whom you should certainly speak) sold me a car when I was having a tough time getting through the the whole deal process. Extremely professional, and at the same time personal. DJ listened to what I wanted as far as a car, and the result was beyond my expectations. The staff there were friendly, and we even had a brief pizza party while waiting on the paperwork. Great local pizza as well!

This is my fourth Explorer. I decided in 2018 to order the top-of-the-line Platinum. This vehicle has all the bells and whistles for a person that wants the luxury of one of Fords top models. It has Platinum leather seats that are very comfortable. If you can find today, buy it. It has the 3.5L V6 that has great power on acceleration. You can only buy a V6 now on the 2025 Explorer ST which is a 3.0L. The cost is around $60,000 Loaded.

Brought my Jeep Gladiator in for a recall and a NYS inspection and It was completed the next day and I wasn’t expecting it to be done in a week or longer. They gave me a loaner just in case too.

I am happy with everything about my explorer. Get good gas mileage and is very comfortable ride. Traded my 2020 for this 2022. Love the color and have gotten lots of compliments.

I was hesitant to trade in my vehicle, but I went to Ernie's and found another vehicle. Bart and Ernie always caring and always smiling. I am so happy I did it and love my new vehicle. This is my third vehicle from them, and I won't go anywhere else.

Best Ford, other than a pickup, I've ever owned. Minor issues and recalls. All fixed or checked expertly here in Woodbridge VA. Only 80,000 miles. All highway. Tows a trailer perfectly straight. 4X4 with tow package. Getting ready to sell. Nobody else in the house to use it ! Lol

Matt was a fantastic salesman! I bought a ram 1500 and will be taking my 16 year old back to purchase their first vehicle! Wonderful environment while waiting for service as well I highly recommend getting all your service and vehicles here you won’t regret it

Love this car overall but I have only one complaint. I was putting some boxes in the rear of the car and one of the boxes must have touched the the rear seat folding mechanism as all of a sudden it tried to unfold the seats. If my grandchildren had been sitting there strapped in I hate to think what may have happened!! Wish you had coverage over the mechanism so this wouldn’t happen.

The salesman Kevin Turner listened to what we were saying showed use the right car. We have had other salespeople in other places that showed use what they wanted to sale us, Kevin was very helpful and respectful of our time.

Looked at many different vehicles, very happy with 2022 Ford Explorer. The Explorer vehicle is very roomy with all the comforts of a luxury vehicle.

We have only had our vehicle for a short time but it meets and exceeds our expectation. We purchased the limited model due to the reduced noise inside of the vehicle

Wife's car ,working at home not many miles low 20k as of2024 June. Still I wonder about trans fluid because of time. Problem that bugs me is the radio. Static in AM off and on ,and of course the business station 1220am about the market. UGH!! Third lease of explorer, so low in miles ,made it a purchase. 🤞👍

I love my ST all except for seating. I’m just not a fan of European style seating soo we had an upholstery shop up grade them. Sooo much fun to drive! Great gas mileage considering I’m a lead foot. And when needed you can put a full 4x8 sheet of plywood in the back.

Love this vehicle!! Went from 2013 Chevy Malibu to this 2019 fully loaded Ford Explorer. Love the navigation, hands free phone, auto bright lights and Windsheild washer, remote start, sun roofs, back up camera, luggage racks, hitch andtowing capabilities, 3rd row seating and stowing, the Ford app, the Ford warranty, leather heated seats and steering wheel, and all the safety and other luxury accessories.

I want to say thank you to Ford of Latham for help me buy my first car. I didn't think it's was going to be that easy and they made it easy. I went to another deal before going here and they treated me like I was a no body by telling me I wouldn't get a car with my creditand they tried to sell me the car they wanted. Have only had vehicle for 3 weeks but really like it. I’ve had F150’s for the past 12 years and thought I’d miss my truck, but I’m really enjoying this explorer. It’s more comfortable and fun to drive and the gas mileage is better.

My car always rides nicely (2007 fusion), but I have to say, since they worked on my brakes, the brake system has never felt better. The dealership runs so smoothly -- the staff is efficient, friendly, and professional. Also, they did not try to sell me on any extra services. After a frustrating 20+ week wait for my truck all worked out well. When the truck was delivered both mirrors were damaged. Marchese got the replacement parts and repaired the truck in four days. Nick was extremely accommodating and available through the entire process. I would highly recommend Marchese Ford and especially Nick! He's young and relatively new to the business but knowledgeable and professional beyond his years.

Quiet, comfortable and powerful car. I have the twin turbo that puts out 400 hp. General gas mileage is 19-20 city and 24-25 highway. The only thing that I would change on this vehicle is that I would like to be able to turn off some of the automatic operations on a semi-permanent basis.

Recently I had my Ranger in for service and the entire process was excellent. Upon arrival I was greeted promptly and was offered a loaner while in for repair. I was notified within a few hours of the issue with my truck and was ready for pick up same day. Service Department was very clean and Dealership was best in class.

This is the first explorer that I have owned in nearly 30 years. I am coming from a ram 1500. I am surprised how comfortable this explorer is I’m really enjoying the gas mileage between 21 to 23 in town. I have not taken a trip on the highway yet.

Although pricey, this truck is awesome to drive . Very sharp looking and runs fast! I highly recommend ! We went from a Flex to this car and it was a seamless transition.
