Love this vehicle!! Went from 2013 Chevy Malibu to this 2019 fully loaded Ford Explorer. Love the navigation, hands free phone, auto bright lights and Windsheild washer, remote start, sun roofs, back up camera, luggage racks, hitch andtowing capabilities, 3rd row seating and stowing, the Ford app, the Ford warranty, leather heated seats and steering wheel, and all the safety and other luxury accessories.

Dear Bickford Ford, My wife and I have purchased 8 dealer sold cars over the past 45 years without a lot of love for the process or sales folks. Our latest car purchase of a 2025 Bronco Sport from Bickford Ford however was an exceptional experience all around. We had not planned to purchase a car but were in the neighborhood and simply stopped to see a Bronco Sport up close. We ran into Mike Mauer as he was heading out the sales office door. He asked if he could help us in a non-sales polite manner. We said we were interested in learning more about the Bronco Sport but were just looking. Mike was very accommodating with no sales hype or pressure. He is very genuine and knowledgeable. Based on our experience that day we went ahead over the following week settling on the trim package we wanted as Mike tracked down several options. Communication was excellent through e:mail, phone calls, and texts. We are from Chelan and had business in the area over two separate weekends. Mike found the specification we wanted in the Puget Sound area and even picked up the car himself when we returned the following Monday. The entire process was well prepared and faster than we had ever experienced – no “let me talk to my manager” back and forth. We traded in two vehicles as we were downsizing to one car. Mike under-promised and over-delivered in accommodating our selection and taking in our trades. Again, no sales hype. Just a great guy with integrity, sincere communication, and great follow-through skills. We were also impressed with the cleanliness and organization of the facility as well as the efficiency of the accounting and finance team. People seemed happy to be working there. Have only had vehicle for 3 weeks but really like it. I’ve had F150’s for the past 12 years and thought I’d miss my truck, but I’m really enjoying this explorer. It’s more comfortable and fun to drive and the gas mileage is better.

Wife's car ,working at home not many miles low 20k as of2024 June. Still I wonder about trans fluid because of time. Problem that bugs me is the radio. I received an immediate and thorough response to my inquiry. My first reaction was to explain, via email, that this was not the for me. As I thought about impressed I was by the sales representative, I decided to drive down the next day to check out the car. In person, the car was much sharper than I expected and we made the deal!

Driving experience is great. Either engine is plenty of power but even the base 2.3l is very fast. Rear wheel drive bias is noticeable in driving dynamics making it fun to drive. The new Google based infotainment system one of the best in the industry in my opinion.. Almost don't even need a phone with how smart it is. Blue cruise is very convenient for long monotonous highway drives if equipped

Great vehicle went to Syracuse NY. For Nationals drove nice very comfortable not bad on gas seems very dependable hope to keep for a long time

"Honest" is a great place to buy a used car. Not only were they honest; they were friendly, professional and put no pressure on me at all.

2016 Platinum. Nice SUV, comfortable, very powerful, decent fuel economy, fair build quality, but there are some things to be aware of; the AWD models have a PTU (power transfer unit) which sends power to the rear wheels. It is positioned very close to the exhaust, and the heat generated by the turbochargers literally cooks the gear oil in the PTU, causing it to fail. The unit only holds about a quart of oil, and is NOT serviced or checked, even when you have the vehicle serviced at the dealer. We had trouble with the front camera, and the recirculation actuator on the climate control. If you are considering a used Explorer, I highly recommend buying the best warranty you can! The only complaint I have is the road noise. On new pavement, it's quiet, but on all other roads it's VERY loud inside!

I was pleasantly surprised with my recent purchasing experience with West Coast Auto Works. Nick, the salesman, was polite, friendly, and helpful. Steven (Stephen?) in the finance department was fantastic as well, and it was refreshing that both of them were car guys. The pricing was transparent and fair and they were able to truly surprise me with a fantastic loan. I was also very appreciative of the speed with which the process was completed. I know that many dealerships train their staff to keep prospective customers on the sales floor for as long as possible; I was set up with a test drive, given a clear price, and provided options for financing very quickly. And--this bears repeating--the experience was excellent and I was amazed at the quality of the financing. I have no complaints.

I love my ST all except for seating. I’m just not a fan of European style seating soo we had an upholstery shop up grade them. Sooo much fun to drive! Great gas mileage considering I’m a lead foot. And when needed you can put a full 4x8 sheet of plywood in the back.

We had a very positive experience at this location. Because of current supply chain issues, they did not have the car we wanted on the lot. Nancy was great in helping us get one ordered. Once in Crystal was wonderful about going over all of the features of our new Outback. In financing, Tony was so friendly and got us through our paperwork quickly. Overall I would definitely recommend this dealership.

Quiet, comfortable and powerful car. I have the twin turbo that puts out 400 hp. General gas mileage is 19-20 city and 24-25 highway. The only thing that I would change on this vehicle is that I would like to be able to turn off some of the automatic operations on a semi-permanent basis.

This was the best experience I've had while buying a car. Tony greeted us at the door, gave us the keys, and said he'd be inside if we had questions or wanted to take it for a drive. No hovering. No making excuses about the condition of the car. No abrasive selling tactics. We were able to test drive the car by ourselves, which is nice because you can concentrate on the vehicle instead of listening to a sales pitch coming from the back seat. Financing was easy. And we got an extended warranty for under $2k. A previous dealer (Ford) wanted to charge us $5k for the same 3 year warranty ( the car had more miles, but not enough to justify a $3k difference. But the best thing was we didn't have to haggle. The car was $2k under Kelly Blue Book. Great experience. I'll definitely be buying from them again. Thanks Tony and Bryan

Best Ford, other than a pickup, I've ever owned. Minor issues and recalls. All fixed or checked expertly here in Woodbridge VA. Only 80,000 miles. All highway. Tows a trailer perfectly straight. 4X4 with tow package. Getting ready to sell. Nobody else in the house to use it ! Lol

I currently own a 2020 Ford Explorer XLT (used, bought with 50k miles). Before this I used to own a 2015 BMW X3 Xdrive28i. Now people reading this would be astounded to hear such a bad review for a german luxury vehicle. IT. WAS. TRASH. Sorry, BMW fanboys, but that is true. Anyways, coming back to the Explorer, it was a lot, lot better. Better mileage, Better comfort, A ton of space to even pack up to 5 large suitcases and five big boxes with only the third row down. Considerable performance and power for a massive three row SUV, compared to a “apocalypse ready, tough and rugged” Jeep Wrangler. Very sturdy car, fun to drive around. And really handy when you’re like me who decided to hit the road from Miami, FL to Cypress, TX (😁). I was worried whether evreything would fit in, but apparently there was way more space than that! Also if you are a parent with an infant, you will have NO problem fitting in a child seat. Another thing is that I use an iPhone and my wife uses a Samsung. It is compatible with both carplay and android auto. Now the best part: this is the most stylish SUV under $30k I have ever seen except for a Jeep Grand Cherowkee. My final verdict: The best, affordable, 6-7 seater SUV you can get on the auto market. And I am saying this not only from a driver-standpoint, but a parent as well. I have read other people’s reviews, and some will disagree with me. But after all, it is an automobile. Whether it be a million dollar Rolls-Royce or a Bugatti or a Ford, it is still developing. I am proud of what Ford can do. I highly recommend to those who are looking for a reliable and safe car, buy a Ford. They are incredible.

This is my fourth Explorer. I decided in 2018 to order the top-of-the-line Platinum. This vehicle has all the bells and whistles for a person that wants the luxury of one of Fords top models. It has Platinum leather seats that are very comfortable. If you can find today, buy it. It has the 3.5L V6 that has great power on acceleration. You can only buy a V6 now on the 2025 Explorer ST which is a 3.0L. The cost is around $60,000 Loaded.

We purchased our Explorer Limited brand new in Sept 2014. We live in Wyoming, and we've traveled to both coasts in comfort. It has 211,550 miles, still going strong! Knock wood!

2017 Ford Explorer. I love my car. It runs great but I have had battery problem and trim has blown off my car on freeway. Have not had a lot of problems with it.

We have owned a 2012 explorer since it was brand new. Lots of room for cargo. Lots of leg room Powerful We do routine oil changes on it Amd fix whatever needs tending to…..Our yearly to year and a half maintenance that needs doing is rear bushings that run about 350 The paint chipped on the front hood a few years back but no rust there yet. I am starting to notice a bit of rust starting down by driver door probably from salt from the roads in our Canadian winters. But it handles amazing on ice and snow (with winter tires of course). Driver door rear has started to unstitch. The original Headlights were phenomenal to see down our dark deer filled hiways. However we changed them out and they are not in comparison to what we had. We also just changed our brakes. For having 282+ KMs in it. I will be driving it until it drops

Although pricey, this truck is awesome to drive . Very sharp looking and runs fast! I highly recommend ! We went from a Flex to this car and it was a seamless transition.
