Great sales, lousy service

When purchasing my vehicle last week, I added a package in that required I bring the vehicle back this week. I scheduled the appointment for 9am & was told it would be done around noon or so. On the appointment day, I brought it in before 9am & was told it should be ready between noon & 1pm. I returned @ 12:45pm & was told it would be another couple hours or so. No one called or attempted to let me know that & I am NOT happy about that. We had spent almost 4 hours already in town shopping, getting breakfast, etc & since the dealership is no where close to town, I had no intention of sitting in their tiny waiting room for 2 or 3 hours. The Asst Sales Mgr is the person I talked to twice, once to make the appointment & again when I brought the vehicle in, telling me noon to one. Megan, the service advisor, was very personable & checked on it for me & got stuck telling me how it wasn't ready & wouldn't be. I would recommend the dealership for purchasing, but never service.
