I love this vehicle. My 2022 Ford Explorer XLT far exceeds my expectations. Handling is great. Performance is far better than expected. Gas mileage is 26mpg combined average for the 16,500 miles I have on the vehicle so far. The interior fit and finish could be better and the original tires...not holding up very well. The vehicle is comfortable and always a pleasure to drive. I always get compliments on the exterior style. In my opinion, it's one of the better looking SUV's on the road. The rear biased drive train give it superior handling, better than anything I test drove. Chevy, Subaru, or the Kia.

Straight to the point and very professional, I would definitely recommend them to anyone who is looking for a car.

2017 Ford Explorer. I love my car. It runs great but I have had battery problem and trim has blown off my car on freeway. Have not had a lot of problems with it.

Two visits with Eric Federico and we walked out buying a new Ford Bronco Sport right off the lot! No pressure from Eric and we happened to love the car Wayne Ford had right there. We went there thinking we wanted an Edge and changed our minds after Eric told us it was discontinued. The Bronco fit our needs and we love it!! After owning 10 Fords in my lifetime I love this one the most. But then again I loved them all. Ford is a great product!

I am happy with everything about my explorer. Get good gas mileage and is very comfortable ride. Traded my 2020 for this 2022. Love the color and have gotten lots of compliments.

This is my fourth Explorer. I decided in 2018 to order the top-of-the-line Platinum. This vehicle has all the bells and whistles for a person that wants the luxury of one of Fords top models. It has Platinum leather seats that are very comfortable. If you can find today, buy it. It has the 3.5L V6 that has great power on acceleration. You can only buy a V6 now on the 2025 Explorer ST which is a 3.0L. The cost is around $60,000 Loaded.

Love this car overall but I have only one complaint. I was putting some boxes in the rear of the car and one of the boxes must have touched the the rear seat folding mechanism as all of a sudden it tried to unfold the seats. If my grandchildren had been sitting there strapped in I hate to think what may have happened!! Wish you had coverage over the mechanism so this wouldn’t happen.

Bought this car in 2019 as my daily driver. It has enough space to transport my large and was very reliable until about 160,000 miles. Gasket seal and O2 sensors failed causing me $800 in repairs. Not super expensive, but like the previous review says check to see if there are any open recalls. Currently at 230,000 miles and still driving. If you follow the suggested maintenance schedule you'll be fine. If not, you'll be in for some trouble.

Love the navigation, hands free phone, auto bright lights and Windsheild washer, remote start, sun roofs, back up camera, luggage racks, hitch andtowing capabilities, 3rd row seating and stowing, the Ford app, the Ford warranty, leather heated seats and steering wheel, and all the safety and other luxury accessories.

I upgraded from a 2017 Explorer Sport to a 2025 Explorer ST. It handles better. It sounds better. It is faster. The interior is way better. The seats hug you. The infotainment system is fast and works really well.

Quiet, comfortable and powerful car. I have the twin turbo that puts out 400 hp. General gas mileage is 19-20 city and 24-25 highway. The only thing that I would change on this vehicle is that I would like to be able to turn off some of the automatic operations on a semi-permanent basis.

I had a really great experience working with Michael Rose when I bought my 2021 Mach-E. At first I honestly just came in to test drive a Mach-E and wasn’t planning on buying anything, but Michael was very honest and trustworthy and ended up helping me find a Mach-E that fit exactly what I needed and stayed within my budget. He never pressured me at all. The paperwork process was really smooth and easy. What I liked most was how Michael treated me like a friend during the whole process. He’s really funny, easy to talk to, and it never felt awkward or salesy. He even came in on his day off just to get the deal done a day earlier than scheduled because of snow, which I really appreciated. Even after I bought the car, he kept checking in to see how everything was going. When my tire pressure was a little off because of the cold, he helped get it taken care of super fast and was very flexible. This isn’t one of those dealerships where you never hear from the salesperson again. It was a pleasure doing business here and I honestly don’t see myself using another salesman in New York. Driving experience is great. Either engine is plenty of power but even the base 2.3l is very fast. Rear wheel drive bias is noticeable in driving dynamics making it fun to drive. The new Google based infotainment system one of the best in the industry in my opinion.. Almost don't even need a phone with how smart it is. Blue cruise is very convenient for long monotonous highway drives if equipped
