Love this vehicle!! Went from 2013 Chevy Malibu to this 2019 fully loaded Ford Explorer. Love the navigation, hands free phone, auto bright lights and Windsheild washer, remote start, sun roofs, back up camera, luggage racks, hitch andtowing capabilities, 3rd row seating and stowing, the Ford app, the Ford warranty, leather heated seats and steering wheel, and all the safety and other luxury accessories.

Two years ago Jose R assisted us with a Mazda Miata MX 5 purchase for my husband. The car we wanted was ordered online and the purchase was quick, painless and easy! Routine service at the dealership has also been great w/constant communication & a video of the service details texted after complete. In December, Jose reached out to us asking if we wanted to look into a newer MX-5 which we actually were debating even b4 his outreach. We made an appt, fell in love with the newer MX-5 and actually at the same time purchased a CX-50 Turbo for me and I love it! I have never in my life written a positive review for a car dealership but Mazda North has been beyond amazing. The team we worked with - Jose, Alex, Dave in finance and Beth - were all incredible - efficient, helpful, understanding of a customers time, honest and just fun to work with. Best car I’ve ever owned. Does everything I want//need it to do. Always starts in the morning. I’ve been camping with it and slept inside the car. Plenty of room

I love my ST all except for seating. I’m just not a fan of European style seating soo we had an upholstery shop up grade them. Sooo much fun to drive! Great gas mileage considering I’m a lead foot. And when needed you can put a full 4x8 sheet of plywood in the back.

I upgraded from a 2017 Explorer Sport to a 2025 Explorer ST. It handles better. It sounds better. It is faster. The interior is way better. The seats hug you. The infotainment system is fast and works really well.

I already was anxious to go through the process cause of what they say about Salesmen in general but Joel A. Was nothing short of Awesome. Has such a fun time and left with my Dream CAR.

Driving experience is great. Either engine is plenty of power but even the base 2.3l is very fast. Rear wheel drive bias is noticeable in driving dynamics making it fun to drive. The new Google based infotainment system one of the best in the industry in my opinion.. Almost don't even need a phone with how smart it is. Blue cruise is very convenient for long monotonous highway drives if equipped

I needed to get another car. I researched Subarus and found a very low mileage car at a decent price. Diego was very helpful in getting it done.

2017 Ford Explorer. I love my car. It runs great but I have had battery problem and trim has blown off my car on freeway. Have not had a lot of problems with it.

Good buying experience. We have purchased several new cars from Plaza and have been treated very fairly. The selection of the Corsairs was extensive. We were able to pick the model and color we desired.

I purchased the 2022 Timberline preowned about 1 month ago with appx 50k miles on it. I was disappointed that it does not have memory seats or a garage door remote button. (I didn't even notice this when test driving it). Who makes a car today with all the tech this car has and leaves off these 2 things! The interior is comfortable & well laid out. The ride is smooth & quiet. 2.3L turbo 4 cylinder is quiet & has amazing power. At idle it’s hard to tell that the engine is even running. The prior owner put on Michelin tires which contribute to the smooth, quiet ride. The seats are ActiveX (Ford’s name for vinyl) with cloth inserts. I’m 5’ 10” and 175lbs. My son who rode with me is 6’ 3” and 250lbs. Both of us found the seats comfortable & supportive on our 1st road trip. I’ve driven a Kia Telluride, which is a direct competitor. The Kia has a little more tech but I found the ride to be on the harsh side, especially in the second row. This may be attributable to the low profile 21” tires. The Timberline has 18” balloon tires which I much prefer. 2 weeks after purchasing it I made a 2,200-mile road trip from Dallas TX to Orgon. Fuel mileage ranged from 21 to 28 with an overall average of 24 mpg. *if I don’t drive over 70 mph on the highway the fuel economy goes up to about 32! *these numbers are from the actual miles & gallons of fuel used, not from the dash numbers, which I found are a little optimistic. It has a few bugs that I’ll have to deal with, but it’s a used Ford & not a Lexus. Overall, I'd say I'm very happy with this car & would recommend it.

Jose was absolutely fantastic. I don't recall the manager's name but they all worked with me they bent over backwards and did everything above and beyond my expectations. I would highly recommend them

I love this vehicle. My 2022 Ford Explorer XLT far exceeds my expectations. Handling is great. Performance is far better than expected. Gas mileage is 26mpg combined average for the 16,500 miles I have on the vehicle so far. The interior fit and finish could be better and the original tires...not holding up very well. The vehicle is comfortable and always a pleasure to drive. I always get compliments on the exterior style. In my opinion, it's one of the better looking SUV's on the road. The rear biased drive train give it superior handling, better than anything I test drove. Chevy, Subaru, or the Kia.

I’ve had the privilege to work with Cesar Marques (Service Director) and his customer service support staff on a few different occasions over the last couple years regarding our 2021 Hyundai Santa Fe. Quiet, comfortable and powerful car. I have the twin turbo that puts out 400 hp. General gas mileage is 19-20 city and 24-25 highway. The only thing that I would change on this vehicle is that I would like to be able to turn off some of the automatic operations on a semi-permanent basis.

This is the first explorer that I have owned in nearly 30 years. I am coming from a ram 1500. I am surprised how comfortable this explorer is I’m really enjoying the gas mileage between 21 to 23 in town. I have not taken a trip on the highway yet.

I came in for service to my 2022 4runner, met George Bonafede and began talking about the new 2025 4runner, he showed me the numbers where I could trade my 2022 and get a 2025 for less than I was paying for my 2022, I went for it, George was polite, professional and I never felt pressured, in the end I go a new 2025 4runner and the transition was made easy by Mr Patdo in financing, Mr Bonafede and Pardo gets a thumbs up for a great job.👍

On april 22 2022 I went to jenkins nissian of Leesburg and traded my 2020 nissian sentra in for a 2022 nissian kicks and and it was financed with nissian motors acceptance Corp after 2 weeks I refinance it with vyatar credit union and I found out that nissian motors acceptance Corp opened 2 accounts in my name so when I canceled the gap and extended warranty on the first loan that I refinance with vystar that refund when to the second loan that nissian motors Corp set up in error so I called jenkins nissian and talked to Oliver in finance on Monday June 6th and he started working on the issue right away because he agreed that nissian motors Corp made a mistake I got a call from oliver today Wednesday june 8th and he said everything would be fixed by Friday in my opinion oliver should get a raise for the job that he took on when it was not his fault I would definitely recommend this dealership and when it comes to financing ask for oliver he is great also robins is great also in finance

Although pricey, this truck is awesome to drive . Very sharp looking and runs fast! I highly recommend ! We went from a Flex to this car and it was a seamless transition.

Leesburg VW REVIEW 01/2026. I totally recommend this Volkswagen dealership and here is why! Since 2024 I have purchased 3 VW Tiguans from this dealership, yes 3! Good experience, very nice handling and easy to manipulate all the features. Mine is the limited version and it is really a nice and enjoyable car. Not sure it’s the in 50 plus years of driving but it is darn close.

Greenway Kia North serviced my 2022 Kia Telluride on 9/12/25. The service tech registered my car as soon as I arrived at 7:50 am. After waiting an hour, Kia provided a shuttle to take me home. When the service was completed, Kia called, and I order the shuttle. After waiting for the cashier to come, I paid what I thought was a reasonable bill. But no one bothered to inform me if the recalled power seat switch was fixed or part ordered or what. One air pressure sensor has been alarming regularly for the past three months, but the tech could not get it to alarm during the service - so, I will just have to put up with it. Kia North is a nice place, and the staff is friendly enough but were not real informative in my case.

I often drive to the Michigan upper pennisula in the winter. This SUV has never disappointed me. One time I was driving up to Sault Ste Marie early in the morning. The road was slippery with blowing snow. The outside air temp was MINUS 41. i was alone with hardly ever seeing another vehicle. I kept thinking "trust this vehicle" because my life literally depended on it. I had no problems. And everything was on high - the defroster, rear defrost, heated steering wheel, heated seat, radio and keeping my phone charger plugged in. And in case you wonder why I would venture out in these conditions - I was called for jury duty and made it on time !! It has also gotten me out of deep snow.

The explanation of the repair that I needed was very clear. Whenever I have had service since I purchased this vehicle has always been fair. Service was honest and efficient.

Bought this car in 2019 as my daily driver. It has enough space to transport my large and was very reliable until about 160,000 miles. Gasket seal and O2 sensors failed causing me $800 in repairs. Not super expensive, but like the previous review says check to see if there are any open recalls. Currently at 230,000 miles and still driving. If you follow the suggested maintenance schedule you'll be fine. If not, you'll be in for some trouble.

I’m a GM customer but for some unknown reason I was focused on the 2020 Acura RLX SH. As I looked around for a purchase I quickly realized that they weren’t easy to find locally. I found myself looking at distant Dealerships which took me to Orlando Preowned. I seen a 2020 RLX SH in their inventory online and from there I was quickly in contact with Brad, an outstanding sales associate. Best Ford, other than a pickup, I've ever owned. Minor issues and recalls. All fixed or checked expertly here in Woodbridge VA. Only 80,000 miles. All highway. Tows a trailer perfectly straight. 4X4 with tow package. Getting ready to sell. Nobody else in the house to use it ! Lol

I have owned Toyota and Honda vehicles for years. I love the space and comfort of my Ford Explorer. However I'm at 68k miles and just had to have my transmission rebuilt. If I didn't love the comfort and ride of this vehicle so much, I would trade it in tomorrow. I have my fingers crossed and praying this vehicle will hold out to 200k miles.
