I did not receive any recall notices at all. I am currently having problems with some of the items in recalls and have already paid for two of them (over $ 1300). Will Ford reimburse me?

Christopher was an excellent sales consultant during a busy year-end with a more complicated sale that required shipping the vehicle out of state to a rather picky buyer (me). Compared to another dealer I contacted this experience was “night and day”. I’d definitely recommend others to consider working with this dealership at least for the sales experience. I particularly enjoyed the fact that Chris found another RSX driver amongst the White Bear employees to perform a brief road test of my eventual car to set my mind at some ease for a real-world experience. They also were fairly cooperative about most of my requests to “seal the deal” (minor touch-up/clean up items). My only suggestions would be to see about hastening the shipping experience if that’s even possible and put a bit more effort into detail of the car before listing for sale - the car had been in their hands for a couple of months and just needed a couple small detail items to make it close to perfect for selling a 20+ year old vehicle (these were the items I had to request at time of negotiation). Nice work overall - just looking forward to the shipper to arrive that will be a great day!

Bought my truck used in 2016 with 69k miles one owner vehicle currently pushing 122k. Only major issue has been the replacement of the break pump, great on gas plenty of torque have hauled a Bob Cat in the past with no issues. Love my truck!

The ecoboost motor has more power than it needs, towed up 10,000 lbs at over 11000 ft. elevation the truck has plenty of power. The truck has a few needs when purchased used, spark plugs, weep hole mod (look it up). once sorted the vehicle is very reliably and economical. 18-19 on the hwy at 70-75, average 14.2 over the last 8k miles thats city heavy towing and HWY.

We are usually apprehensive about dealing with the used car sector. However, I stumbled onto The Motor Collection by accident doing a late night search for a pre owned truck. My wife and I took the trip to this car dealership after making an appointment. We met with Mark upon arrival, who was very friendly. He had the truck waiting for us to look at inside his shop. I asked if I could check the truck out. Mark stated "That's why you are here" I was allowed to change my clothes, he even gave me a creaper so I could roll under and check the frame and whatever else I wanted. My wife also checked out the interior. We really liked the truck so we took a short ride. When we returned we informed Mark there were a couple of issues that needed attention. This was supposed to be an "as is vehicle" however Mark did step up and made the necessary repairs without hesitation. We returned a few days later to pick up the truck and everything was done as promised. To make a long story short we are thrilled with The Motor Collection, Mark, and the truck. To begin this review, you should know that I rated the facilities a 4-star because, in this time of COVID, I was unable to enter the main building. The lot is cramped with gorgeous, fairly-priced vehicles, plus a small building in the center. There was no room for me to park my own vehicle when visiting, so I parked in the cul-de-sac. Now, about Stan. From the Ukraine, Stan is a compassionate, thoughtful salesman who spent our time together masked (because of COVID) and LISTENING to me as I fumbled with what I was looking for. He asked pertinent questions, took the time to understand what I was seeking, and was as transparent with me about the quality of the vehicle I had come to test-drive as is possible. I pointed out scratches. He admitted that they were problematic. I asked him about the timing belt: had it been changed? He didn't know, and didn't invent a story. He didn't say "yes" or "no," he said the most honest thing a car salesman can say: "I don't know. But I will find out for you." And, sure enough, he did! We talked about the timing belt replacement (which HAD happened, and this saves me $1,000 right off the bat). We talked about the provenance of the vehicle, a wreck it had been in eight years ago, how clean and immaculate the car was, both inside and out. I thought that the car was overpriced a bit, and I asked Stan what he thought. He agreed that it could be a bit lower, and on my first visit to the lot, he informed me that his boss had lowered the price of the car by $500. Which was music to my ears. I test drove the car. It handled beautifully. Ice-cold A/C, no pulling to the left or right. This car had been in a wreck before, but other than the CARFAX report mentioning it, I would never have known. Stan gave me the keys and said "Take this to your mechanic," so I did. I sat at my own personal mechanic's office and waited for an hour while they went through the car, front to back, paying close attention to the mechanical aspects of the vehicle. They found a leaking power steering rack and pump. That's IT. "Lou," said the owner of the shop. "This is the best vehicle you've brought us, and I am of the strong opinion you should BUY THIS CAR IMMEDIATELY." I wasn't sure, given the cost of replacing the power steering rack and pump. I went back to Stan. He wasn't sure, he said, but he'd check with the boss. I offered $500 less than the vehicle was priced at, even AFTER a $500 drop! Stan stood up for me with his boss, got the boss to agree, and sold me the car. In conclusion, I have a fantastic vehicle, low miles for its age, mechanically sound (except for the rack and pump, which I will get fixed on my own dime), and Stan has a customer for life in me. I've been in sales for forty years, and Stan did everything right. He shared what he could do, told me honestly what he couldn't do and, not once, not EVER, did he give me a hard-sell. He listened to me, he met my needs and then exceeded them. Kudos to Stan and to Denver Auto Company for the best car-buying experience I have ever had. Thank you.
